kernel-smp-2.4.22-1.2097.nptl.arch in rawhide
kernel-2.4.20-20.9.i386.rpm in Red Hat 9 Updates
linux-2.4.22.tar.bz2 on kernel.org

You can get the kernel at one of the mirrors from redhat.com / kernel.org
