A PDC doesn't exist in a pure Linux environment.  PDC is a windows only thing.  
Windows has a very special meaning for "domain", which Linux does not share.  
If you're looking for some kind of central user management for pure Linux, 
you'll have to look at NIS(+), LDAP, Kerberos, or something like that.
