kde sessions

I was wondering where KDE saves the information about what applications 
you have opened when you log out. I thought it might be in 
/home/user/.kde/share/config/session

I was testing a system and opened a bizzillion apps. When I logged out 
and back in, all of the applications would start up again. I tried to 
log out and delete all the files in .kde/share/config/session.
