It is telling you that to install package "spamassassin-tools" you have to have the package "perl-Mail-SpamAssassin" already installed on your box. Download and install "perl-Mail-SpamAssassin" and then run up2date again. Can be found at http://rpmfind.net Or conversely remove spamassassin-tools then run up2date.
