To restore the MBR, boot from the RH CD, then go into the /boot/grub
directory and run:-

Grub-install /dev/hd? (Which ever HDD the MBR is/was installed on)

Yes, I can boot from CD, will redhat allow me to restore the mbr, from
there? Or, alternatively, can I boot from the CD and do something like #
linux root=/dev/sdb1

and, if I can get back to the file system, how do I restore the MBR to dual
boot windows and redhat?

Kind regards
Kevin
