Does this make any sense to you?

How can I need up2date to install up2date?
I understand that the new up2date is apparently conflicting with the old one, so, in accordance with the actual command given at RHN, I tried to force the install, but the result, as you can see, was unexpected.
Should I remove the old up2date and then try rpm -ivh the new one? Should I -force --nodeps?

Thanks,

Tony
