If this linux system is not a firewall, then you can:

1) Stop iptables from running on this box.
2) Edit iptables scripts to allow these MS based broadcast packets.
3) Stop messages from appearing at the console (PROMPT) using "dmesg".
    Type: man dmesg
the -n option might be of some interest to you.
