With all this mess with RedHat I started looking at other distro's (SuSE, Debian, Mandrake, even FreeBSD) and well there is really nothing preventing the same thing from happening to them :( I mean I started on Caldera and they went bye-bye, so I switched to RedHat and now they are leaving us out in the cold so I was wondering about LFS.
Anyone ever tried to make their own distro before? Was it worth the effort or is it better to just migrate with the herd?
