mailman update?

I try to keep the computers I have running Shrike up to date. Just now 
the notification tool says that mailman-2.1.1-4:3 is available, but rpm 
-q mailman shows that I have mailman-2.1-8 installed. Perhaps I'm just 
not up on the collating sequence. Should I update?
