The fact that you're the first to say so in clear text up front.

I've been able to guess that this is the way things are going, but I've been nervous because nobody from RedHat said so this clearly.

Per your statement, RH10 IS NOT DEAD.  

Rather RH10 is renamed, and is the first release of Fedora, which will continue much of the tradition, and much of the method, of RHL.

How much "much" is, is the rest of the beef.
