Okay.. I compiled my custom kernel to get ACPI and cpufreq scaling for my D600 Dell centrino laptop. Stock Kernel see no such problems. All the other modules loader warnings/errors are too many to comment on them. I'll leave that to someone else. You can also check the various list archives.
