You could download it from rawhide, but a better solution might be to 
pull down the postfix source rpm and rebuild it on your system - or 
better yet, just pull down the redhat 9 postfix rpms from 
http://postfix.wl0.org/en/available-packages/

That's actually what I'm running on most systems.
