Hey, Group: I encountered the following errors during an attempt to install an rpm written for (I think) RH 6.2. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Depemdencies failure in F6FBB BBS installation.txt [sparks@localhost sparks]$ rpm -i -h -v /home/sparks/xfbb-7.04-2.i386.rpm error: Failed dependencies: libXm.so.2 is needed by xfbb-7.04-2 libax25.so.0 is needed by xfbb-7.04-2 libc.so.5 is needed by xfbb-7.04-2 libncurses.so.4 is needed by xfbb-7.04-2 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Before I attempt to find the necessary libraries to resolve the dependencies, I need to ask this question: Is it worth it?? Or should I just wait for a newer release/version of the Linux F6FBB BBS (for amateur packet radio). Or should I just use a DOS Box to run the DOS/Windoze version of the packet radio program? Dealing with dependency failures is outside my areas of experience and expertise. Any and all suggestions appreciated.
