No. Actually it's the boot block which prints "GRUB". It's
GRUB stage 1.

Boot first CD in rescue mode and enter your Red Hat Linux system via
chroot (i.e. follow the instructions). Then re-install GRUB. If your
description is accurate, run "grub-install /dev/hdaX" (substite the X
appropriately!). Then redo the steps to read the boot block and copy
it to C:\ where your XP boot loader expects it.

to cause this boot failure.
