I doubt that you'll find Red Hat very helpful, since Acrobat is
proprietary software and not part of the RHL distribution (unless you can
show that it is a problem with RH-supported software).  Best bet is
probably Adobe support, although I don't know how responsive they'll be to
Linux issues either.  I had a problem in an older version of Acrobat going
to full-screen mode, but it's been fixed since, so they *do* work on it.
