The last three quoted lines above are a mess and I find it difficult to make sense out of them. So, interactive startup works for you? Then, once the system has booted, why don't you look into disabling the zhm service? If it is the Zephyr Host Manager, probably running "chkconfig zhm off" works. Else look in /etc/init.d for the script that contains the zhm stuff and remove the software or package or whatever you've installed to get the zhm service. - -- -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/UPfN0iMVcrivHFQRAia2AJwOKYTv+covMZ6GYNNUl27gVe5B0QCffz+x z/VqWy8RfTbK7kINKPXorKM= =i1Dr -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- Shrike-list mailing list Shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/shrike-list
