I posted this way back on last Wednesday but have had no responses. Any second thoughts out there?
I have a Compaq ML350 which ran RH 8 fine. I went to do a clean install of RH 9, it boots on the CD does a few things and then tells me it cannot find the cd drive. I swapped out 3 different cd drives, I passed hda=cdrom , I tried expert mode, I tried from floppy disks, I tried from the dvd instead of the regular cds (I had a dvd drive in there at one point. all no go.
Any ideas?
