http://sourceforge.net/projects/font-tool/
Install the cabextract and xf86-corefonts packages and then run 
/usr/bin/X11/core_font_install.sh. The package installs (and configures 
the font server to use) several true type fonts Microsoft formerly made 
available as "Core Fonts for the Web".
