Legacy mode is in the BIOS settings. Legacy more essentially turns them back to PATA drives. Get the latest errata kernel from redhat. Or use up2date. If you download it from ftp.redhat.com, use rpm -ivh kernel* and not the standard rpm -Uvh or you will loose your old kernel as an option on boot. After you install that kernel, change the BIOS back to enhanced and the drives will now be recognized.
