First question...Why do you want to have an uppercase character in a
username?  Linux/Unix, unlike the toy O/S of M$, cares about case.  You
then force people to type "cd /home/Jtest" and wear out their fingers on
the shift key....  :-)

Oh, I guess there isn't a second question....
