Polonia? Poland surely. Anyway, the short answer is "don't even try" PLD linux is structured very differently to Red Hat Linux. You might be able to rebuild the source RPM and install that, but I wouldn't attempt to install a PLD rpm on Red Hat.

The long answer is that it's possible but it's a lot of work and you have to be careful not to mess up existing stuff.
