Last evening, I clicked a hyperlink on the New York Times Web site. I was running mozilla. My machine immediately went to a blank, black screen and came up to the POST screen in a couple of seconds. After several reboots, including twice running fsck manually, with many bad file messages, I got back into the land of the living. Of note, I had just sent a postscript page to the printer, which was beginning to print as I clicked the hyperlink.
