I don't like the way sendmail is laid out and configured. I got the feeling 
that postfix was a drop-in replacement for sendmail, while exim uses a whole 
new approach that is still pretty compatible.

I haven't done too much research on postfix. I did a bit on exim and fell in 
love with its simplicity.
