Checking the hardware might find something

First choice would be memory (www.memtest86.com)
Then check the HDD smart values (kernel-utils rpm)
And of course the HDD cable
Check for file corruptions: rpm -Va
If none of the above - ignore me and try someone elses suggestions :-)
