Hi Mike:
I know, but I wanna avoid to dive in the /var/log/messages. I wanna
make all work with bash scripts, to automate all without user intervention,
and it's difficult to get /var/log/messages, extract all usb plug messages,
search exactly the line ( by date, usb device, etc..) that fits the correct
plug.

Thanks for the interest.

Regards

Check out your /var/log/messages file...when you connect your USB
device(s), the resulting device assignment(s) will be noted in that log
file.
