does anyone even use wvdial to connect to an isp. Do you have any problems connecting where it says: a modem has hung up - exit code 16 right after it connects?
I had this problem a while back and it would only happen with the one ISP. So it was a fault on the ISP side. Have you tried setting up neat with a modem connection and connecting that way. It still uses wvdial if i am not mistaken
