Apple Airport <-> RH9 laptop

Is there anything special one needs to configure when connecting a
wireless laptop to an Apple Airport Extreme? The Airport works fine
with Ethernet on eth1 (connected to my docking station), plus wireless
(eth0) works at work and at home with my previous 802.11b router. I can
connect fine to the Airport under XP, which suggests that the laptop's
wireless card is compatible with the Airport.

Running "bash -x /sbin/ifup eth0" shows it hanging in dhclient until it
times out. I tried setting the channel in ifcfg-eth0 to the one it used
with XP, without any effect. iwconfig shows nothing different than if
the router didn't exist. My wi-fi card is an Orinoco, if that matters.

RH9 uses version 25 of the wireless-tools package. I could install
version 26, but its list of bugs fixed didn't include anything like
this.

Any ideas on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Tom
