Installation fun...PHP & GD

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi all,

apologies if this touches outside the scope of general red-hat q&a's but I need some info on this topic (as Im sure all newbies do!!)
Im trying to create some graphs through PHP. I have seen that GD is the safest way to do it and according to a simple PHP query (see below) I have these things installed and configured.

1) Can I trust this information, and therefor a simple graphic should appear in my browser...???

2) If not, is there a safe quick way to roll back some packages?

From a few installations using RPM's I have seen some info that states if
you have installed from an RPM then the installation is installed into an RPM directory and to uninstall completely simply go to that directory and 'make --uninstall' ...the directory is empty and Im sure ive installed about 10 packages in the last week!!

Sorry to waffle on
