Hi Federico,
just install the KDE-Packages and the language pack for spanish: kde-i18n-Spanish-3.1-2.noarch.rpm and it works (I've tried it for german and turkish). Sometimes, not all packages can switch the language from english to another.

Anybody knows the steps I should follow to install the KDE in spanish Package????
I know a little about this....... Actually read in kde.org but got losted in the way...... :-(
