What do I have to do to use it then? As it fails to find fonts and stuff...
Im just using a simple GD example for PHP from (hate to say) webmonkey so I can get an idea of how to make graphs from PHP.
If its installed, could it be "not-configured" or something? How do I go about using it or configuring it?
I dont even know where its installed!!!
Regards, Logan

Hi all,
I am trying to get (what I thought was) a simple package installed to enable me to produce some graphs in PHP.
OK, gd it is then -
[root@xxx upload]# rpm -Uvh gd-2.0.12-2.i386.rpm warning: gd-2.0.12-2.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 897da07a error: Failed dependencies: libgd.so.1.8 is needed by (installed) php-4.2.2-17.2 libgd.so.1.8 is needed by (installed) webalizer-2.01_10-11
Looks like gd is already installed - an older version, anyway...
