Re: Floppy disk

I am running RH9 fully updated (Kernel is 2.4.20-9)
If i use the disk management tool I can mount the floppy disk (and unmount it if I do immediately)

If I work on the FD for example with Nautilus erasing a file on FD, and after that I try to unmount it I get the message that device is busy!!!! (nautilus had already been closed).

The same if I try to unmount from command line with unmount /dev/fd0

My fstab file is:

LABEL=/ / ext3 defaults 1 1
LABEL=/boot /boot ext3 defaults 1 2
none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0
/dev/hdb3 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom udf,iso9660 noauto,owner,kudzu,ro 0 0
/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto noauto,owner,kudzu 0 0
/dev/hda1 /mnt/windows vfat defaults 0 0
/dev/sda1 /mnt/flash auto noauto,owner,kudzu 0 0
/dev/cdrom1 /mnt/cdrom1 udf,iso9660 noauto,owner,kudzu,ro 0 0

Any hint???

Tnx

Antonio
