No, but there is plenty of good documentation at http://www.mysql.com/

Red Hat is more poised to support postgresql, since it's the basis for
the "Red Hat Database"  ( http://www.redhat.com/software/database/ ). 
You might find some Red Hat supplied postgres docs there.  But in
general you should have no problems with the documentation from the
mysql or postgresql sources -- there aren't major differences between
the Red Hat version and the "vanilla" version.
