i have bought some type1 fonts but i cant see them from applications
that use xfs.
what i did?
1)i make a dir in /usr/share/fonts/
2)i place there all afm and pfb files
3)i run in there mkfontscale,mkfontdir
4) i run chkfontpath -a </usr/share/fonts/dir>
5)service xfs restart
now chkfontpath shows them but when i run gtk1 apps
like gimp etc these fonts are not available...
what i did wrong?
