Do you ever see this error in the php module supplied by Red Hat?

Hi
From time to time my apache hangs ( the default from rh 9, php modulecompiled by me ). Restarting it will solve it ( until next time... )
This is what I get in error log:
[Sat May 17 09:03:32 2003] [notice] Apache/2.0.40 (Red Hat Linux) configured -- resuming normal operations [Sat May 17 10:08:51 2003] [warn] child process 3561 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3562 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3566 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3567 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3568 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3569 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3570 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3571 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3920 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3929 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Sat May 17 10:08:52 2003] [warn] child process 3930 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM
I've googled for this and although there are more people reporting this, I couldn't find a solution. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
