On my system, 'head /usr/lib/httpd/build/libtool' indicates that the script was "Generated automatically by (GNU libtool 1.4.3)". What version of libtool appears to have generated yours?
Forgive me, but where do I look for this?
head /usr/local/apache-2.0.45/build/libtool
Among the lines output, you should see what version of libtool was used.
