The answer is in the message you sent.  You must have the prelink
package installed.  Type

rpm -q prelink

to find out if you do.

If not, do up2date prelink

to install it, or get the rpm from CD-2.

Then, as root, just type

prelink -aRv

and wait for it to finish in the terminal window.  It takes a while to
start, don't give up.
