This works for standard packages in RedHat, but how can I manage additional packages from third parties graphically??
You may want to try out synaptic. It's much more than what you're asking for, as it can download packages and resolve dependencies using apt (it's a frontend to it).

I am using the RPM graphical interface of Webmin, that works fine for a single package, but I didn't manage to work with many packages at same time (i.e. installation of Mozilla packages, that are about 9 packages)
