You may want to try out synaptic. It's much more than what you're asking for, as it can download packages and resolve dependencies using apt (it's a frontend to it).

I was just looking for a GUI for Rpm working on RH9, with ease of installation of multi-packages and check of installed packages.
I am using the RPM graphical interface of Webmin, that works fine for a single package, but I didn't manage to work with many packages at same time (i.e. installation of Mozilla packages, that are about 9 packages)
