Then you should have downloaded the ISO images that can be used to create 
bootable installation CDs.

No. You could export the files in the RedHat directory over FTP or HTTP for 
network installation:
http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-9-Manual/install-guide/s1-begininstall-net.html
