Besides appearing on the web site, the documentation CD, and on
installation CD #1, the release notes are also displayed prominently
during the install process.  As the package installation is running,
there's a button you can press to read them.  It's the ideal way to
spend the time while the packages are installing, and generally more
enlightening than the silly ads. :-)
