I meant to include the errors. I have no idea about what's required...I'm just trying to get my NIC installed so I can get connected to the net with RH9.

[shakti@xxxxxxxxx netdrivers]$ make
Makefile:46: No kernel version has been specified.
Assuming 2.4.20-8.
Set the KERNVER variable to specify a different kernel.
Makefile:59: The kernel header files do not appear to be installed on
Makefile:60: this machine. You likely need to install the kernel source
Makefile:61: or the kernel-headers package.
cc -DMODULE -D__KERNEL__ -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O6 -I -pipe -fno-strength-reduce -DMODVERSIONS -c -o pci-skeleton.o pci-skeleton.c
make: cc: Command not found
make: *** [pci-skeleton.o] Error 127
[shakti@xxxxxxxxx netdrivers]$ make install

What's required by that package? You need their packagename-devel
package installed also.
