re-refresh the url page.  The urls have a livespan of a short time.  I've been 
using wget, and when one died, I just refreshed the download URL, wget -c'd 
and it resumed.

Of note, they just changed something over at RHN, my 4K/s jumped to 100K/s 
last time I started a new download.
