VMWare is a piece of software that installs a virtual machine for any type
of OS you want to install on your system. Thus you can have a number of 
different OSes on the same machine and basically assign different
resources including a segment from main memory to the new OSes.

Iam sorry but what is VMWAre ? I have seen it in one of the repplies as
well with smillar problem. I am a novice to linux so be patient with me
