gpg-agent: caching time doesn't work

Hi,

I installed the plugin for KMail to use PGP/MIME. So I'm using 
gpg-agent. But the default of 1800s wasn't too short for me. I changed 
the value to 20h (in seconds). But it seems, the agent doesn't use this 
new value. What's wrong here.
