I don't think that's a problem, I'm pretty sure that's the correct
behavior for that keyboard/keymap.  In French the comma is used as the
decimal separator; since the numeric keypad is designed for entering
numbers quickly, this key *should* be a comma.

To type a period, use the other period key on the bottom main row.

I unfortunately don't know how to modify the keymap to change this, but
I thought it was worth pointing out that this is a feature not a bug.
