rpm query

hi folks,

I'm trying to figure out what package provides libgtkspell.so.0.

The following command only works if the package is install right?
rpm -q --whatprovides libgtkspell.so.0

Is there a way to determine which of the RPMS provide the file in a given Redhat/RPMS tree?
