You need to start with the lm_sensors package to monitor the CPU
temperature.  Read up on it at http://secure.netroedge.com/~lm78
Once you've got all that working, then you need to figure out how to get
that into snmp.  Check out this site:
http://people.redhat.com/harald/snmp-lmsensors/HOWTO-SENSORS-SNMPD.html
This site is old, so you should probably look for some updated
information...
