I keep having a problem with sgml . Just now it's because I'm trying to
build fontconfig. When we get to building the docs I get this:

I have docbook-utils-0.6.13-7. /etc/sgml/sgml-docbook* don't seem to be
owned by any package!
I've read the howto's on sgml. Not a great help.
Anyone have any ideas?
