Build again without the --target (or use i386). glibc-common is "common" to all the arch dependent parts of glibc. the -devel package is also i386. I think the SPEC file should generate those whne yiou chose anothe arc too, but I don't think rpmbuild can create i386 and athlon (or i686) packages in the same run.
