You might want to ask that question on a kernel-related or
sound-specific list if no one answers it here. The reason why the
kernel module loader wants to pull in additional drivers can be that
an application polls various sound devices for which no module has
been loaded yet. Turning of the warnings doesn't have any impact on
your system when your first sound card works flawlessly.
