Point taken.  However, the only part of Ensim that's not open source is 
the control panel app, itself...otherwise, it lives on Sendmail and 
Apache.

In addition, the cost for an unlimited number of virtual domains is only 
$100.  If one is really into a virtual hosting enterprise, one can't beat 
that price for a polished, solid piece of software.
